Article 1: Approval is granted for the final award of the contract for street sweeping works in the City of Saida to New Trading and Contracting Company S.A.L. (NTCC), based on its submitted bid in the amount of USD 719,169 (seven hundred nineteen thousand one hundred sixty-nine US dollars only), as it constitutes the best and lowest-priced offer. This award is made following the expiry, on 3 July 2026, of the 10-working-day standstill period calculated from the date of publication of the notice on the Public Procurement Authority platform, in accordance with applicable procedures.Article 2: Approval is granted to publish the decision of the contracting authority declaring New Trading and Contracting Company S.A.L. (NTCC) as the final awardee on the Central Electronic Platform of the Public Procurement Authority.Article 3: Approval is granted to authorize the Mayor to sign the contract with the aforementioned company in accordance with applicable procedures.Article 4: This decision shall be communicated wherever necessary and shall enter into effect following the approval of the competent supervisory authorities, in accordance with applicable procedures.

Article 1: Approval is hereby granted to enter into an expenditure contract to cover the costs of pest and rodent control and pesticide spraying in Old Saida, for a total amount of LBP 149,017,000 (one hundred forty-nine million and seventeen thousand Lebanese pounds only), in accordance with the quotation submitted by Siad Pest Control and approved by the contracting authority. The works shall be carried out and settled against a duly issued statement or invoice in accordance with applicable procedures.Article 2: The Head of the Administrative and Financial Department shall be responsible for implementing this decision.Article 3: This decision shall be communicated wherever necessary.
